130 Churchill Road Apartments

Nelson Architects were commissioned to provide documentation services to achieve Building Rules Consent and Development Approval for this project, comprising 18 two bedroom apartments. Minor alterations to a previous planning consent were also negotiated with council.

The project features understated, well proportioned façades with simple rectilinear forms, together with adjustable slatted screens to the northern façade to provide sun protection and privacy.

24 car spaces are provided on the ground floor, with associated lift lobby, refuse, storage and rainwater detention facilities.
