Comprising of seven three-storey homes, the project complements the larger building to the south, sharing a cohesive design language while embracing a more intimate scale suited to its quieter street context.

The distinctive aluminium-clad roof overhangs establish a strong visual link between the two projects, while the interiors are designed for simplicity and function, with a focus on natural light and openness.
