Nelson Architects were commissioned to provide full Architectural Services for this boutique 4 storey, 30 apartment development overlooking the bay in Victor Harbor.

Located on a stunning site between the sea and the historic railway line the project was carefully designed to complement its historic surrounds whilst providing an elegant and carefully scaled modern apartment building.

Featuring low maintenance and highly durable materials the apartments feature stunning views from expansive balconies, carefully designed to maintain privacy and maximise natural light. Convenient carparking is fully concealed in a secure undercroft and serviced by two elevators.

The rear façade is broken down into discreet portico, entrance and wall elements to articulate the building and complement the scale of adjacent heritage buildings.

The apartments range in size from 2 bedroom/2 bathroom to luxury 2 storey 5 bedroom/4 bathroom penthouse apartments.
