Cullinan Mixed Use Development

Located on the south west corner of Light Square, one of Adelaide’s iconic squares, The Cullinan is an 18 storey mixed use development consisting of ground floor restaurants and bars, mezzanine offices and over 200 luxury apartments. Carparking is provided in a 3 storey basement car-stacking system.

The building form comprises a 4 level brick podium referencing the original brick warehouses of the area, with twin towers above featuring a rectilinear grid façade to the apartments. Black steel framing and full height glass coupled with the brick podium create a modern industrial aesthetic.

Construction commenced in March 2024 and is due for completion in May 2025.
