Nambour Central Shopping Centre

With the anchor tenant vacating this ageing facility in 2015, the centre required substantial upgrades and new tenants. Nelson Architects worked closely with the client and leasing professionals to successfully reposition the centre and attract new anchor tenants, including Sunshine Coast Radiology and national retailer, Pets Domain.

The centre now features a perforated metal façade, Integrated 3D illuminated signage and new entry statements, completely transforming the building and enhancing the main street.
