Pt Willunga Residence

Our challenging brief was to design a 2 storey ‘Boat House’ inspired family beach house on a vacant block of land within a historic township zone, surrounded by significant trees and neighboring a state heritage listed residence. The result is a beach house for all seasons, with a natural material pallet of iron bark timber, painted weatherboard and local limestone. Elevated among the treetops to capture the stunning views, the structure is anchored by a stone plinth, to sit effortlessly with its natural and historical surroundings
