Treetops Square

Nelson Architects were commissioned for a staged refurbishment of an existing 2 storey office building, originally constructed in 1993. Scope included replacement of the existing damaged and dated cladding, new paving, new painting and a new covered entrance statement & feature signage.

Working closely with the client and local contractors the building has undergone a complete transformation to achieve 100 percent occupancy status.

In addition to full architectural services, Nelson Architects also provided graphic design services for a new logo as part of the re-branding of the centre. The project was tendered to local builders and managed remotely by Nelson Architects like many of our other interstate projects.
The entry statement has been carefully designed to float above the entrance courtyard without restricting light & ventilation. It fully integrates new branding for the centre providing a fresh sense of arrival and a new identity for the building.
